Looking for a way to get more involved? The Chamber offers members many opportunities to share their talents and enthusiasm with the community. It is a great way to become associated with others in the Chamber and the community and get more out of your membership. Volunteer to help with the planning and promotion of any of our annual special events.
JANUARY

Installation Celebration
This is the formal installation of our new board members and chairman of the board. The large, medium and small Business of the Year is also announced the night of the event. Table sponsorships and advertising opportunities are available.
$500 – $3,000 Sponsorship Tables; General Admission: $50 per person

Business of the Year
Each yearthree awards are given to:
Small size business with less than 10 employees.
Medium size business with less than 50 employees.
Large size business with greater than 50 employees.
FEBRUARY

Chamber Herd – Donations accepted in January.
The Chamber Herd pool funds to support CFISD FFA students. The Herd supports students through the purchase of their livestock projects while also helping local food pantries through contribution of the processed meat. Donations only.

APRIL
Miss Cy-Fair Houston Pageant
The pageant is for girls age 15 through 18 who attend school within the CFISD boundaries. Winner will be selected by a panel of judges based on beauty, poise and confidence. The winner receives a scholarship. Pageant and contestant sponsorships are available.
$500 – $7,500 Event Underwriter; $250 Contestant Sponsor; program advertising available $50 – $750.
JULY
Vendor Expo Luncheon
Business to Business expo held before our General Membership Luncheon. It is an opportunity to show/sell your product or service the chamber membership base. Generally, there are 150 in attendance at our luncheons.
$150 members and $250 non-members; includes one lunch per exhibitor; space is limited first come-first serve.
SEPTEMBER

Business Expo Luncheon
This popular event was created by the chamber to give area businesses an opportunity to showcase products and services while also connecting with other area businesses. Willowbrook Mall average consumer traffic count is 7,500 per day. $350 per exhibitor.
NOVEMBER

Mobility Forum
The Mobility Forum provides a venue to hear legislators and industry experts speak about transportation issues in Texas; the challenges caused by growing congestion; and the menu of mobility solutions on the table that could bring immediate and long-term relief to Cy-Fair community in particular. Table sponsorships and event underwriter are available for this event. $600 – $5,000 Event Underwriter; General Admission $60.
OCTOBER

FORE Cy-Fair Golf Tournament Annual fundraiser for the chamber, additionally, a portion of the proceeds benefit the Adam Skinner Memorial Scholarship Fund of the Cy-Fair Educational Foundation. Sponsorships and individual player opportunities are available for this event. $200 – $10,000 Event Underwriter; $200 Individual player; auction items also appreciated
